MTM Manager

Job Summary/Purposes: He/she is dedicated to the Made to Measure Service in store, increasing the business and improving sales performance, in compliance with corporate provisions and standards. He/she is dedicated to the development of the MTM service by presenting and proposing the Service to customers and by providing the information and the basic training required to the store staff so that they can effectively propose the service too. Commercial/Client Responsibilities . Achieve MTM Store Sales and Uomo Category Target . Active recruitment of new MTM clients from existing client pool, prospects, and new walk in clients . Support MTM appointments and attend appointments in other stores and support where necessary . Weekly and Monthly Action Plans shared during store briefing which includes appointments, appointment preparation, targets, training, and so on .
