Job Description

Customer Service Specialists are essential to the success of our retail stores. They work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, recommend the right solutions, and promptly resolve any customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction. Specialists stay up to date with product features, maintain high quality and visual standards, and consistently meet the store’s sales goals.

Location: Store #8781, 8888 Country Hills Blvd, Calgary, AB, T3G 5T4. The selected individual will be expected to work at stores within a 20 kilometre radius of this location.
