Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the Multi Skilled Operative will drive day‑to‑day operations, operate mobile plant, and uphold site standards.

• Operate mobile plant on site
• Work with the team to ensure customers receive high‑quality material on time
• Assist the supervisor with meeting production targets
• Follow SHE policies and procedures
• Ensure plant conforms with safety requirements at all times
• Address health, safety, environmental, and quality responsibilities
• Inspect plant and implement remedial action
• Maximise plant availability
• Maintain high housekeeping standards around the site
