Day to Day Duties
Carrying out planned kitchen and bathroom installations within social housing propertiesBasic carpentry including fitting kitchen units, doors, architraves, and skirtingBoxing in, patch repairs, and making good after installationsTiling, silicone sealing, and minor plumbing worksRepairing or replacing damaged units, worktops, and fixturesCompleting multi-trade maintenance works to a high standardEnsuring all works are completed safely and in line with company standards Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
