Multichannel Customer Service Rep - 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Daythree is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia to manage customer inquiries across various channels including Call, Emails, and Live Chat.

This role requires candidates to have at least SPM/Diploma/Degree and the ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The position includes working rotational shifts and offers a basic salary plus allowances for KPIs and night shifts.
