Scottish Water is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual to join our Multifunctional Waste Water Team in the Wester Ross Area (Gairloch/Ullapool).

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a team of multi‑functional Wastewater Operatives working to protect Scotland’s environment – ensuring wastewater is managed responsibly and ever‑looking for ways to do more. Day‑to‑day tasks include monitoring and maintaining treatment processes on wastewater treatment assets, operating pumping stations and clearing chokes on the wastewater network.

What You’ll Need

• Great communication skills and the confidence to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when recording information and spotting any changes in monitoring data.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle issues as they arise in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
