Multiline Operations Leader — Drive Efficiency & Growth

Probe CX is seeking an Operations Manager in Pampanga to oversee the daily operations and ensure efficiency and quality delivery of services. The ideal candidate will lead Team Leaders, manage multiple lines of business, and drive performance and productivity.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in an operational role, possess strong leadership skills, and be proficient in MS Office and operational tools. The role requires excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to manage client relationships.
