Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician

Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer / MET (Strip Fitter)

Basic Salary: £40,000 + Individual performance bonus

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week)

Location: Bordon, East Hampshire

The Role

As a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles from strip‑down through to refinish, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work in a fast‑paced Bodyshop environment, contributing to customer satisfaction by delivering right‑first‑time repairs in line with manufacturer specifications.
