We are seeking an experienced Murex L2 Production Support Engineer to provide functional and technical support for Murex and related Global Financial Markets (GFM) applications.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 production support for Murex and GFM applications to ensure business continuity and system stability.
Support Front Office, Back Office, Finance, Risk, and Credit teams, including direct interaction with traders during market hours.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents affecting trading, risk management, finance, and downstream systems.
Coordinate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processes to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
