Murex Test Manager

Lead testing delivery for large-scale Murex programs within banking and capital markets environments. Responsible for test strategy, team leadership, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality system delivery across the full testing lifecycle. Responsibilities Define and manage the overall test strategy and testing approach for Murex projects. Lead end-to-end testing including SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and production readiness activities. Manage and mentor testing teams to ensure quality delivery and adherence to best practices. Work closely with business users, developers, and vendors to validate requirements and resolve issues. Drive defect management, prioritization, and resolution across multiple workstreams. Provide regular status updates, test metrics, and risk reporting to stakeholders and project leadership.
