A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a 9-year-old boy living in the Penarth area, I live with my parents, my older sister and younger brother. I love listening to Indian and Afghanistan songs and watching coco melon.
I have a diagnosis of ASD and significant global developmental delay; I am nonverbal with high sensory seeking behaviour. I require a high level of supervision and support to meet my daily needs safely. Personal care will be involved as I will need support with toileting.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To assess the community activities.
HOURS OF WORK
3 hours a week
RATES OF PAY
£14.25 per week and mileage allowance.
