POSITION OBJECTIVEAs an integral part of the MyBRP team, you'll give an exceptional experience to the employees, giving them HR solutions from general requests about services, initiatives and practices from Human Resources, ensuring the organization has updated and immediate availability of documentation in the self-service platform, keeping this information accessible and trustworthy for the employees.To also provide strong support for the development and implementation of regional projects aligned with global standards that have a positive impact on the employee experience and contribute to a connected HR community.This role requires effective time management, autonomy, and an operational-analytic focus with strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, criteria for classifying information, and the digital-first mindset tools that optimize documentation management.
