Main purpose of the position:

Effective overall control and management of mechanisation parts and workshop to deliver a sustainable service to all OVK Group clients with profitability.

• Grade 12
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a mechanisation environment
• Parts and/or workshop management experience required
• Technical background
• Valid driver's license and willing to travel

Skills :

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English
• Natural ability to function successfully in a competitive agricultural environment
• Able to function under pressure
• Good human knowledge

• Market share growth
• Management and maintenance of assets
