National Account Manager, Farm & Hardware

Overview

As a National Account Manager, Farm & Hardware (NAM, F&H) you will be part of a dedicated team based in Halifax, NS and reporting to the Sales Manager .

Responsibilities

• Increase sales for the portfolio for your respective businesses
• Prepare and present business plans to include:
  • Initiate and champion line review process, expand assortment
  • Initiate and plan account promotional plans
  • Merchandising co‑development and execution
  • Co‑ordinate divisional channel manager activities
  • Build out and plan e‑commerce strategy
• Responsible for account P&L measurements, including:
  • Top line sales
  • Standard margin
  • Warranty
  • Controllable expenses
• Co‑op and VR negotiations
• Lead purposeful meetings with Account key contact, drive POS & Shipments
