National Planning Specialist - Emiratisation Strategy and Planning

Our Emiratisation team focuses on the strategy for recruiting, developing, and retaining talented UAE nationals. The team plays a key role in fostering a diverse and skilled workforce, supporting the Group and the UAE's long-term growth and national workforce goals.

As a National Planning Specialist within the Emiratisation Team, your role will be to support the design, execution, and monitoring of Emiratisation programs across the Emirates Group by contributing to policy evaluation and programme coordination. The role involves maintaining planning tools, executing targeted projects, and collaborating with various HR teams and Centres of Excellence (CoEs), business units, and Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand (CCMB) to enhance the Emiratization (UAEN) workforce experience, drive awareness, and improve outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
