National Recovery Manager (Tractor & Farm Equipment)

Roles and Responsibilities

STRATEGIC/MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develops and implements a recovery strategy in line with the company objectives.

- Supports the development of the workforce plan for the recovery function for creating a high-performing team.

- Manages and controls the operating framework for the recovery function, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high-performance standards and continuous improvement

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maximize recovery reversal from assigned NPA written off portfolio through closures, settlement, and disposal of collateral.
