Strategy & P&L Management - Own national P&L, deliver revenue, GP% & market shareobjectives. Annual business planning with bottoms up approach. Sales Execution & Coverage Expansion - Build distribution model across MT & GT businesssegments suitable per region (North / West / South / East) and drive numeric & weighteddistribution KPI. People & Capability Development - Build & lead regional managers and field force. Hire,train, coach, set KPIs, run review mechanisms, etc. Trade Marketing & Promotions - Design trade schemes, consumer offers, visibilityplanning, JBP with Modern Retail Chains. Demand Planning & Supply Chain Alignment. Negotiate terms, TOT, Space & Activations with top retailers.Temperature-Controlled / Cold Chain Category (Mandatory experience)Modern Trade (MT) & General Trade (GT)Food Service channel
