National Sales Manager

A newly elevated leadership opportunity is available with a well-established industrial manufacturer supplying technical solutions into ventilation, dust collection and fume extraction applications.

Based in Western Sydney near Bankstown, this role has been created as part of a sales team restructure and will take national responsibility for driving profitable growth, lifting dealer performance and leading a team of Business Development Managers across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll step into a business with a strong platform already in place - an established customer base, repeat revenue, internal sales support, engineering capability, dedicated marketing support and warehousing across key states. From there, the focus is clear: build stronger channel performance, improve coaching and accountability across the field team, and unlock growth across key regions and market segments.
