Opportunity Description
7+ years in sales leadership, preferably at a national level. Proven track record in leading sales teams and growing revenue. Experience across multiple sales channels and product categories. Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills. Comfortable with sales strategy, reporting, and financial targets. Experience in the hospitality or manufacturing industries Willing and able to travel. Education Senior Certificate (Matric) required. Relevant tertiary qualifications and training in sales/marketing are a plus. Key Responsibilities
Take the lead on all sales activity in South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and beyond. This includes:
Sales Strategy & Growth Drive revenue and grow market share. Build strong customer relationships and loyalty. Identify new markets and lead product launches. Set and deliver on sales goals and KPIs.
