Overview

National Sales Manager – HCP Channel (Philippines) to lead the sales strategy and execution for the Therapeutic Dermatology and Dermatological Skincare portfolio across the Health Care Professional (HCP) Channel. This leader will drive revenue, strengthen HCP partnerships, elevate execution excellence, and ensure sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Business Growth: Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and growth targets. Translate sales and market insights into actionable commercial plans at regional, district, and territory levels. Lead implementation of promotional and engagement programs targeting dermatologists, pediatricians, clinics, hospitals, and HCP institutions.
