NCD - Structured Product

Key Responsibilities

• Derivatives Accounting & Reporting:
• Prepare and review financial reports related to equity derivatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate information to accounting team for all derivative transactions in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, etc.).
• Reconcile derivative positions and ensure the integrity of data in financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as CFO, CRO, CCO offices

• Issuance and Compliance:
• Managing issuance Process of Structured Product (NCDs) as per provision of company law and RBI regulations and handling relationship with all stakeholders such as Trustee , RTA, Compliance team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (RBI, Stock Exchanges etc.)
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections
