Ncd - structured product

Key Responsibilities
Derivatives Accounting & Reporting:
Prepare and review financial reports related to equity derivatives.
Ensure timely and accurate information to accounting team for all derivative transactions in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, etc.).
Reconcile derivative positions and ensure the integrity of data in financial statements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as CFO, CRO, CCO offices
Issuance and Compliance:
Managing issuance Process of Structured Product (NCDs) as per provision of company law and RBI regulations and handling relationship with all stakeholders such as Trustee , RTA, Compliance team
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (RBI, Stock Exchanges etc.)
Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections
Valuation & Risk Management:
Perform regular valuations of Structured Product (Nifty Linked) Book
Assess the risk associated with derivative instruments...
