Opportunity Description

What you will do

  • Review and approve NDE procedures to ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory requirements.

  • Qualify and audit NDE operators and service providers to ensure competence and consistent performance.

  • Support the development and implementation of inspection quality, and mechanical integrity systems and programs at sites.

  • Lead the planning and execution of advanced NDE jobs. Provide expert interpretation of inspection results. Provide integrated analysis support with fracture mechanics experts.

  • Support failure investigations and root cause analysis by providing NDE expertise.

  • Work with sites and projects in NDE technique selection and implementation including: Developing detailed technical requirements of the purchase specification. Act as Engineering interface and review Request for Quotation (RFQ) as needed by sites or projects.
