NDT Level III/RSO Compliance Manager

**Description**

The NDT Level III/Compliance Manager is responsible for the oversight of NDT operations for which they are qualified and must be accomplished at interpreting and evaluating results in terms of existing codes, standards, and specifications. Capable of developing, qualifying, and approving procedures; establishing and approving techniques; interpreting codes, standards, specifications, and procedures; and designating the particular NDT methods, techniques and procedures to be utilized. The NDT Level III/Compliance Manager will be accomplished at developing and providing NDT method specific training programs for established NDT technical personnel. The primary function of this position is to ensure the implementation, maintenance and on-going development of NDT personnel qualification and certification and NDE technical programs.
