Need dog walking and daytime check-ins for energetic terrier

I'm looking for a reliable dog sitter in Ireland to take my energetic terrier for two 30-minute walks during the day and provide a couple of short check-ins at home if needed. The dog is friendly with people and other dogs, but gets nervous around loud noises. Ideally, you offer positive training-style walks, bring a collapsible water bowl, and can follow a simple routine: morning walk, midday snack, evening potty break. Please confirm you’re comfortable with dogs that pull on the leash and that you can provide updates via message or photos. Access to the apartment is easy, and I’d appreciate someone who can stay for an extra 15 minutes if the weather is poor. Availability on weekdays preferred.
