The job includes assessing the blockage, clearing it safely, and checking there are no leaks or underlying issues after the flush. Please bring your own plunger, snake, and any appropriate tools. I'd prefer someone with experience in residential plumbing basics and who can work quietly without causing damage to tiles or the bathroom. Access is straightforward, and parking is available nearby. If you have suggestions to prevent future clogs, I’m open to advice as well.
