Need help with miscellaneous mounting and fixing tasks

I'm looking for a reliable handyperson to handle various mounting and fixation tasks around my home. Tasks could include mounting a coat rack, shelving, curtain rods, light fixtures, or wall art, plus minor repairs as needed. I prefer someone who can assess the best fixing method for different wall types (drywall, brick, plaster) and bring the necessary tools. Please indicate if you have a stud finder, level, drill bits, and a variety of screws. I’d like the work done in one or two visits, depending on the scope, and I’m hoping for neat, tidy results with no damage to walls. Accessibility is flexible, but I’d prefer daytime slots and clear communication about any challenges.
