Need help with miscellaneous moving tasks for small apartment

I’m moving within Ireland and need a helper for several small moving tasks that don’t fit into traditional categories. The job includes carrying boxes, stacking them into a moving van, disassembling a flat-pack wardrobe, and helping secure fragile items for transport. I have stairs in the building and a few heavier pieces like a bookshelf and a small sofa. I’d prefer someone with a valid van or access to one, but it’s mainly about assistance with lifting and organization. Please bring gloves and we’ll provide packing tape and blankets as needed. Flexible start time, aiming for a weekday morning.
