Need professional carpet cleaning for living room and hallway

Hi there, I’m looking for a reliable cleaner to deep-clean two carpeted areas in my home. The living room and the hallway have medium-pile carpet that has seen a lot of foot traffic. I’d prefer a thorough steam cleaning to remove stains and odors, and I’d appreciate if the cleaner brings their own equipment or can use a portable carpet cleaner we provide. Please note access is through a main door with a flight of stairs to the living area. I’d like the work done on a weekday morning and can accommodate around 2.5 hours if needed. If you have experience with stain treatment and deodorizing, that’s a big plus.
