Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Manager NICU

This is a full-time Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Manager – Evenings opportunity at a multi-specialty hospital with more than 360 beds in Austin, TX. The facility includes a Level III NICU and a dedicated children's hospital, along with a women's center, kidney transplant center, robotic surgery institute, and comprehensive heart, vascular, and neuroscience services.


The role. The NICU Manager reports within nursing leadership and oversees a 97-bed Level III NICU with a daily census of approximately 75 and a team of 150 FTEs.
