Responsibilities
- Proactively engage potential customers over the phone to introduce and sell our diverse range of services exceeding daily and weekly sales targets.
- Masterfully articulate product features, benefits and pricing tailoring your pitch to meet individual customer needs and overcome objections effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Accurately record all customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in our CRM system ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.
- preffered Previous telesales or customer service experience, ideally within the Nepali market, is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a performance-driven environment.
