Network Engineer

Scope of Work :

• Installation, Addition, Change, Move
• Activities performed in customer's sites
• Includes Technical site survey, Wifi passive site survey, Site preparation, Staging,
• Installation, support on migration, and Day 1 onsite support.
• Installation involving rack/stack, and input of basic configurations for remote access.
• Equipment include routers, LAN switches, Wireless LAN, firewall, etc.
• Brand/Manufacturer include CISCO, Avaya, Riverbed, Huawei, Palo Alto, UPS, Microsoft, etc.

Maintenance:

• Provide a 7-day x 24-hours basis on-call services
• On-standby support with SLA 7.24.4.
• Replacing any field replaceable units required and returning the equipment to normal operational condition
• Installing requested engineering changes, or any required software.
