Network Engineer – Cisco and Juniper Focus

Requirements

Must have:

• University degree, college diploma, or equivalent in networking and security, ideally in real estate or construction
• CCNA/CCNP Certification
• ITIL v4 certification is a plus
• Any network security certifications
• Bachelors degree or College Diploma with an IT focus
• 2-5 years of experience with optical networks, particularly PON
• 2-5 years of experience working with firewalls and switches, such as Palo Alto, Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco
• 2-5 years of hands-on network installation experience, including racking, cabling, and handling fiber cables
• 2-5 years of solid understanding of Microsoft technologies and their enterprise software
• Referenceable experience in PON networking projects
• Background in real estate, construction, or client-facing technology projects is an advantage
• Experience with Managed Service Providers is beneficial
