Qualifications Have a BS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience Demonstrate engineering and administration experience with Network support tools Display knowledge of cloud computing and Network components (WAN and LAN). Able to effectively multi-task, prioritize and lead projects is a necessity. Able to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills, systems and tools, and creative problem-solving abilities under pressure. Demonstrate knowledge of network diagnostic and monitoring tools. Show basic oral and written communications skills.
