Network engineer (must be ccnp certified)

Formal Education Grade 12 (NQF 4) Bachelor's degree or Diploma qualifications in ICT field will be an advantage. Experience 5–7 years’ experience in a network environment Hands‑on experience supporting and troubleshooting LAN/WAN environments. Configuration and maintenance of network equipment. Experience with firewall administration (e.g. Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco ASA). VLAN configuration, trunking, spanning tree, and link aggregation (LACP). Implementing and managing routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP – basic). IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and NAT configuration experience. Monitoring network performance and availability. Troubleshooting network incidents escalated from Level 1 support. Supporting remote site connectivity (VPN/IPSec/SSL VPN). Basic understanding of network security principles and access controls.
