Network Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to administer and support our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security across all sites and data centers. Key Responsibilities Network Infrastructure Administration Administer and support routers, switches, wireless access points, WLAN controllers, AAA servers, and encryptors. Respond to and diagnose network access and performance tickets: Service and close support tickets for wired and wireless client endpoints. Troubleshoot 802.1X authentication/authorization issues and escalate L2/L3 issues as necessary. Monitor network availability and respond immediately to system alerts. Perform root cause analysis of incidents and replace failed network components. Execute routine automation tasks to maintain secure configurations, backup management, and firmware upgrades.
