Network Engineer

The Network Engineer is responsible for managing day to day support of operational tasks, requests, incidents and changes in meeting customer's requirements and agreed service levels. Perform and support regular preventive maintenance tasks include: Respond and handling of customer requests/queries Incident resolution Change and service request fulfilment Problem ticket closure Preventive maintenance tasks fulfilment Vulnerability assessment Assist the Team Lead/Operations Manager to train and guide junior team members Develop and enhance NOC team capability
