Required Skills (Must-Have) (Final Version)
- Certification / Core Networking
- CCNA certification (preferred) OR equivalent hands-on experience in enterprise network environments
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)
- Wireless Fundamentals
- Experience deploying or supporting Cisco wireless environments
- Understanding of Wi-Fi concepts (coverage, onboarding, roaming, interference)
- LAN / Switching
- Experience with Cisco switches (Catalyst)
- Knowledge of VLANs, trunking, and basic switch configuration
- Hands-on experience with cabling, patching, and hardware installs
- Routing Fundamentals
- Basic understanding of EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP
- Ability to support Layer 3 connectivity and troubleshooting with guidance
