We are seeking a highly motivated Network Field Engineer to join our network infrastructure team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in onsite troubleshooting, implementation, maintenance, and supporting critical network operations across various client environments such as enterprise, campus, and data centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network and infrastructure incidents across enterprise, campus or data centre environments
• Perform onsite troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support activities for customer environments
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues before service impact occurs
