Network Operations Centre Engineer

We are seeking a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer to join our 24/7 Technology Operations Command Centre operation based at Hill View House, Newtownabbey. This is a hands-on, shift-based role operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, responsible for the monitoring, diagnosis, and resolution of network incidents across a diverse, mission-critical customer estate. Working Pattern 24/7 shift-based role (days and nights) Typical pattern: 4 on / 4 off Day shifts: 07:00-19:00 Night shifts: 19:00-07:00 What we are looking for: Practical experience in troubleshooting across routing and switching technologies. Experience working as a Network Engineer in an enterprise or service provider environment is desirable Ideally an understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF).
