Network Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

Provide first level maintenance and 24/7 surveillance of Fixed Core, Transport and Access Networks including relevant OSS, Backend Systems, ancillary facilities and environmental support systems necessary for the delivery of existing and future services using Network Management Systems and Operational Support tools within its respective coverage based on geographic area and/or type of network. Proactively monitor network and KPI threshold crossing alarms and endorse dispatch to appropriate resolving teams. Supply information for broadcast to communications management.

Qualifications

• Work experience: College or Bachelors Degree in Telecommunication and Computer Engineering.
• Level of knowledge: Bachelor in Telecommunication & computer studies.
• Professional licenses and certifications are an advantage.
