Make an Impact by: Design, plan and setup/expand new/existing Singtel International Leased Circuit (ILC) infrastructure and ensuring that design conforms to offered Service Level Agreement, facilitate ease of operation and maintenance and adhere to the security best practices/standards. Design, plan, implement, manage the life cycle and replacement of end-to-end and bilateral DWDM and ASON/OTN ILC infrastructure, Network Management Systems and Data Communication Network. Manage infrastructure capacity to ensure that the performance meets the Service Level Agreements offered to customers. Manage contractors and internal stakeholders to perform roles such as site survey, installations, testing and commissioning, service activations and ensure milestones are tracked and delivered within a requested date of readiness. Enable the day 2 support structure by Operations team after implementation. Proactively lead the continuous network optimization initiatives including the Point of Presence (...
