ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
NL Health Services – Western Zone is seeking a salaried Neurologist based at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL. The position provides Neurology services to residents of the Western Zone. The Neurologist is part of the Discipline of Internal Medicine and works as part of an interdisciplinary team, liaising with other members of the Medical Staff as required. Services include clinic-based neurology in addition to inpatient consultations.
Western Memorial Regional Hospital is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art acute care facility that opened in June 2024. The hospital serves as a 164-bed regional referral centre for Western Newfoundland, delivering a broad range of secondary and select tertiary services to a population of approximately 80,000 residents. ...
