div h3 Job Summary /h3 p St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is offering a 12 month fixed term vacancy for the position of Senior Complex Spinal Fellow within Neurosurgery. The successful candidate will have passed the MRCS exam and have Neurosurgery Registrar experience. The closing date for applications is 18 June 2026. /p h3 Responsibilities /h3 ul li Full time position with the ability to work with minimal supervision. /li li Run outpatient clinics and operating sessions as required, with patients nominally under a designated consultant. /li li Work with a multidisciplinary team comprising 10 clinical staff, 2 academic registrars and 3 fellows. /li li Cross cover colleagues’ absences as required. /li li Perform on call duties, including out of hours operations at a level appropriate for a Senior SpR. /li li Share on call duties equally with other ST3+ level post holders; on call will be banded at 1B (40%). /li li Run a weekly Rapid Access Spin...
