Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee accommodation arrangements, including apartment sourcing, hotel and flight bookings, rental car coordination, and ongoing liaison with landlords, utilities providers, and telecommunications vendors
- Provide comprehensive office administrative support, including general upkeep, maintenance coordination, and vendor management
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, furniture, and corporate gifts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality
- Track and verify monthly office expenses and supplier invoices, maintaining accurate records
- Manage and maintain fixed asset inventory, including office equipment and fittings
- Plan and coordinate office activities, events, and project-related logistics
- Support any other operational or administrative tasks as required
