New Business Broker

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Public Sector Team. This role can be based in the Reading offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As part of the Marsh Public Sector Team you will work to provide customized insurance and risk management solutions specifically for housing clients across the UK. You will manage a portfolio of potential housing clients, analyse their needs based on detailed data and tender requirements, and create presentations to secure insurance coverage from various markets.

The role requires close collaboration with sales and broking teams to develop strategies, meet deadlines, and build strong relationships with insurers and stakeholders.
