Position Responsibilities:
Case management: Track and manage pending business; ensure requirements are ordered/received/matched/processed promptly.Decisioning: Comfort approving and implementing accepted offers that do not require further underwriting within authority limits.Prioritization: Manage multiple cases, triage issues, and meet turnaround times and service level targets.Continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose process updates, and contribute to standard operating procedures.Client service: Proactive updates, expectation-setting, and ownership of complex inquiries through to resolution.Required Qualifications:
