A leading restaurant group is looking for a New Business Development Consultant to drive expansion by securing prime locations and building strong landlord and franchise relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure high-potential restaurant sites
Lead lease negotiations (new, renewals, takeovers)
Build relationships with major landlords and franchisees
Conduct feasibility studies and support expansion strategy
Track pipeline performance and report on growth
What We’re Looking For
Experience in property, retail, or restaurant expansion
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and close deals
