Opportunity Description
*NEW* Finance/ Accounts Admin Assistant (Contract/ Perm, MNC, Training Provided, Urgent!)
Responsibilities
- Administration and reconciliation of accounting process in accordance with the company accounting requirements and company authority levels.
Creates invoices for payment, which may include filing any back-up paperwork such as purchase orders, packing slips or receivers, matching invoices to back-up paperwork, verifying invoice information is correct coding and vouchering invoices, entering invoices into the system for payment and filing.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in (Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration)
- Good knowledge in MS Excel application and functions like SAP and Oracle (not a must)
