Launch your nursing career with The Hospital for Sick Children’s dynamic New Graduate Nursing Residency Program. Designed for recent Baccalaureate Nursing graduates, this 12-month program offers specialized training in Pediatric Critical Care Nursing.
The program begins in an inpatient medical-surgical unit and transitions to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) with comprehensive mentorship and orientation. Residents will develop individualized nursing care plans while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care to critically ill children.
